Sorry to the ones I told that my blog was going to be on shaving cream, they were out of stock at Walmart. So hopefully next week I can go purchase some.

Details (Prada Candy):
In an explosion of pink and gold, Prada Candy takes us on a walk on the wild side showing us a new facet of Prada femininity where more is more and excess is everything.
Fragrance Notes:

  • Top: seductive joyful carefreeness, explosion of caramel
  • Heart: powdery sophistication, cocktail of musks
  • Base: vanilla sensuality
About:
Prada Candy is a fragrance with a novel olfactory balance combining exceptionally high-quality ingredients in excessive proportions. Magnified by white musks, noble benzoin comes together with a modern caramel accord to give the fragrance a truly unique smell.

What else you need to know:
Prada Candy is impossible to ignore. Its packaging is bold, unconventional, and pop, yet luxurious materials make it timeless. A band of shocking pink saffiano hugs the top of the bottle, inspired by vintage falcons, and bearing the refined Prada logo in sleek gold lettering. The pump, perched on its golden neck like a shiny black half-moon, is the striking finale to the bottle.

My Personal Opinion:
As a girl who is quite obsessed with sugary sweets and products that show off my femininity, I knew I had to try Prada Candy. The name and the packaging seemed right up my alley, so I decided to give it a go. I used the little rollerball sample you can find at the department store and walked around for a bit, letting it settle in. The scent is exactly how you would think a perfume called Candy should smell like: cotton candy/caramel-y/ sugary sweetness. It is not sickeningly sweet in the least. ♡♡♡

Details (Flowerbomb):
Fragrance Family: Warm and Spicy
Scent Type: Warm and Sweet Gourmands
Key Notes: Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Patchouli

About:
An explosion of flowers, Flowerbomb opens with subtle traces of bergamot and mandarin, leading to a heart of an exquisit floral explosion, comprised of sambac jasmine, freesia, centifolia rose, and osmanthus. Deep amber, woody, and patchouli notes combine with warm vanilla and praline notes to complete a truly addictive fragrance. Wear it on a night out on the town with the girls, a romantic dinner, a spontaneous adventure with no definite destination. Viktor & Rolf dreamed up a theatrical bottle, elegantly faceted like a pink diamond. The hardness of diamond and the strength of the fragrance within to turn any negative into a positive.

What else you need to know:
"Fashion is a dream...Fragrance is a dream in a bottle" -  Viktor & Rolf
Flowerbomb is an Allure Best of Beauty award winner.

My Personal Opinion:
I got a small sample of Flowerbomb in one of my orders a few years ago. I was thinking it would too floral for me but once I put it on, I loved it. It is not a super heavy scent, so hard to go overboard with, but it does strike me as more deep. I enjoy the level of musk and sweetness in Flowerbomb a lot. It is now one of my favorite perfumes. ♡♡♡

P.S. ( I am doing two perfumes because they are very small samples. )
