Fenty Beauty Invisimatte Blotting Paper

Photo of FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna Invisimatte Blotting Paper by Mel B.

What it is:
It is a set of ultra-portable blotting papers in a super-chic, refillable mirrored compact that looks like a lipstick case.

What it does:
Lifts away shine while leaving makeup perfectly untouched. It is made with natural botanical fibers in the same expert technique as traditional Japanese paper, Invisimatte is as absorbent as it is silky smooth, with a continuous pinky-nude scroll that lets you choose your perfect-size sheet every time. There is no glaring residue and comes in a refillable lipstick-sized compact that is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.

What is is formulated WITHOUT:
  1. Parabens
  2. Sulfates
  3. Phthalates
What else you need to know:
"I love to blot on the fly, or as we like to call it at Fenty Beauty, portable blotting. So the most important part of this packaging is the mirror-you can just look right in the mirror and get that grease off in a hurry."- Rihanna, Brand Founder
Also, Fenty Beauty is 100 percent cruelty-free.

How to use:
Blot on the fly as needed throughout the day.

Details:
The case has two lids: the inner keeps the roll in place; the outer, with teeth, helps you tear the paper sheets. Each roll has 5.15m of blotting paper. It is the equivalent of 64 sheets if you tear off 8cm each time. A case with a roll is $26; refills are $14 each.

My personal opinion:
This is hands down the prettiest facial blotter I have seen. It easily looks like a modern makeup accessory, and is super addictive to use. I found the paper to be thinner than most  blotters, so people with really oily skin would have to use two or more sheets, but the good thing it that you get to control how much you use each time. So you do not waste one whole sheet on just a small area. Make sure you tear the sheet in one swift movement to get a neat cut. ♡♡♡

  1. If I did wear makeup, then I would most likely use this. It sounds cute and easy to use and much better than other ones I've heard of. I mean, it much be good if Rihanna loves it.

  2. This looks so adorable. After a few hours it is so easy to see the oil gathering on my make up, so this sounds like a great solution. I have never tried blotting sheets, but have always been curious and with how cute the package is who wouldn't want to get this product.

  3. I didn't even know that this existed but it is so cute!! I currently use some green tea blotting sheets from Ulta and they work pretty well but this little thing just seems amazing.

  5. I think blotting paper is such a cute little idea. It’s effective, but doesn’t take up too much space! And the packaging of this blotting paper looks absolutely adorable!
